Capable people often have the skills but hold back: over preparing, waiting to be picked, downplaying their wins. This programme tackles that head on. Across four modules and three live workshops, delegates build the confidence, communication and visibility to lead and progress, then turn it into a plan they will actually follow. It is the same idea behind everything we do: the talent is already here, so let's make sure it gets heard.

Lunch and refreshments are included in the price. No extras to arrange or add on.
Every attendee leaves with a workbook from the day: tools, frameworks and prompts to keep using back at their desk.
Each delegate builds and leaves with their own 90-day plan and three concrete commitments, so the day translates into action.
Delegates are paired before they leave, so the momentum and follow-through continue well beyond the session.

Four modules and three live workshops, 09:00 to 16:00.
Setting the room: ground rules, psychological safety, and each delegate naming one progression block they are bringing to the day.
Why capable people self-edit, the patterns behind it, and practical reframing tools. Includes a short self-assessment.
Visibility and presence: speaking up, taking credit for your work, and being strategically visible with senior stakeholders.
Live practice of high-stakes moments: making your point, pushing back, and holding your ground when you are talked over, with peer feedback.

The four personality styles: how to read them, flex your own style, and get your message across to anyone in the room.
Paired practice on a real conversation each delegate has been avoiding.
How you show up internally first, then externally: internal reputation, followed by a light-touch LinkedIn and visibility primer.
Each delegate leaves with three concrete commitments.
